Why when I restart some weird things happen?

If you encounter any unusual issues upon restarting, simply refresh the site or close and reopen the game to resolve them.

What is the timer above the cookie?

The timer indicates when you workers will recieve their payment.

How does workers work?

Every 25 seconds every worker recieves 2 coins and in the following 25 seconds they bake 35 cookies. Ensure that you have enough money to pay them, or they won't work for the next 25 seconds.

How do I get the kitchen?

You can unlock the kitchen by hiring 5 workers.

Why does the upgrade button at the kitchen say "locked"

The upgrade button remains locked until you hire more workers.

Second upgrade: Requires 20 workers

Third upgrade: Requires 120 workers

Fourth upgrade: Requires 500 workers

What does the "10" and "-" below the worker button mean?

The '10' allows you to buy 10 workers at once, while the '-' lets you fire 1 worker.
